These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of ShadowLens shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Your Ownership: You retain full ownership of your journal entries, emotional reflections, and personal data. You can access, export, or delete your data at any time.

License to ShadowLens: By using ShadowLens, you grant us permission to store, process, and analyze your data to provide our services. This includes:

• Using anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services

Anonymized Analysis: We may use anonymized, aggregated data (with all personally identifiable information removed) for research, service improvement, and statistical analysis. This data cannot be traced back to individual users.
